E4 Group Business Unit Won St. Petersburg Government Quality Award
OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2012. A solemn ceremony was held in the Smolnyi Palace for summarizing and awarding of the contest winners for the St. Petersburg Government Quality Award.
On behalf of JSC“NPO CKTI”, the ceremony was attended by S.G. Obukhov, Deputy General Director – Executive Director, L.V. Efimovich, Chief of Laboratory and I.A. Elizarova, Head of Quality Control Service.
The prize is annually awarded on a competitive basis to organizations in St. Petersburg for the achievement in highquality products or services, assurance of their safety, implementation of high efficiency quality management methods, as well as for a wide publicity of the organizations` achievements in the sphere of quality and their further participation in the contest for the St. Petersburg Government Quality Awards.
The contest winners are granted with a prize depicting the Award emblem and the Winner Diploma. Other contestants who proved their achievements in the sphere of products and services quality during field surveys are awarded with diplomas.
The quality award model is an effective tool for self-estimation of the enterprises` activity for planning their further improvement.
The self-estimation methods used in the competitionenable the companies to involve all their personnel in the solution of the quality problems, achieve high confidence of the products and services consumers, expand and strengthen their market share.
The Award winners are granted with a right to use the title of the St. Petersburg Government Quality Award Winner and to paste the Award emblem with the award year in their documents and advertisements.
The St. PetersburgGovernment Decreeon awarding the prize and diplomas is published in mass media of St. Petersburg. Thefirstcontest forthequalityawardwas held in 2008.
In 2012, JSC “NPО CKTI” took part in the competition for the second time.The first participation in 2011 was not quite a success, as the state regulating authorities had a number of claims to the company. Since then, atremendous work has been done to eliminate the deficiencies, to revise documents and processes.
