PhosAgro ("PhosAgro" or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), a leading global vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producer, announces that its Chairman of the Board of Directors Sven Ombudstvedt has acquired 4,000 global depositary receipts ("GDRs") for PhosAgro shares (3 GDRs represent 1 ordinary share), which is the equivalent of 0.001% of the Company’s authorised share capital.

Prior to this acquisition, Mr. Ombudstvedt did not own any PhosAgro shares or GDRs.
