OREANDA-NEWS. December 17, 2012. XIII meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on trade and economic cooperation between Russian Federation and Swiss Confederation was held in Switzerland. The participants discussed the aspects of bilateral economic relationships including cooperation in science and technology, intellectual property protection and attraction of investments. Russian Federation was represented by the members of the Russian State Duma’s Group on cooperation with Swiss Parliament - V. Gutenev, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma’s Industrial Committee; A. Repik, Co-Chairman of “Delovaya Rossiya” and Chairman of the R-Pharm Group; members of Russian Union of Rectors and representatives of Russian Trade Representation in Switzerland.

Alexey Repik attended the meetings with the Canton of Bazel-Stadt’s Administration and the representatives of “scienceindustries” - the association of over 250 chemical and pharmaceutical companies operating in Switzerland. Its objective is to promote and protect the interests of the chemical industry.
