Integra Group (“Integra” or the “Company”) (LSE: INTE), an onshore oilfield services provider, held its Extraordinary General Meeting on December 3, 2012 at the Company’s registered office, Intertrust Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited, 87 Mary Street, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-9001, Cayman Islands.

A quorum of shareholders was present at the EGM. The Company is announcing the following voting results.

Re-election and appointment of Felix Lubashevsky and Iosif Bakaleynik as Class II Directors:

Re-election of Antonio Jose Campo Mejia as Class II Director.

Also on December 3, the Board of Directors appointed Stephen Polakoff, Integra’s General Counsel, as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Polakoff has filled the vacancy created by Mr. Campo’s departure and will be a Class II Director.

Biography of Stephen Polakoff:

Stephen K. Polakoff, 41, has been Integra Group’s general counsel since May 2007. Before joining Integra Group, Mr. Polakoff served as general counsel for Deutsche UFG’s Moscow office. Mr. Polakoff is a graduate of Colgate University and received a JD from Georgetown University Law School.
