OREANDA-NEWS. December 13, 2012. ARMADA SOFT company, a member of ARMADA group (MICEX-RTS: ARMD), announces the completion of the project of the online registration system for entrants of the Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy (MSLA).

The preliminary online registration service is intended for entrants as well as for members of the Academy what helps both sides to save time while registering new entrants to the MSLA.

Today, entrants for the majority of the universities fill in traditional paper documents to the admission board. The MSLA offers its entrants a service which allows filling in a full enough application form at home in advance – via Internet. After the filling procedure the entrant receives online a unique number of his/her application forms. Then, all the entrant does after is mention of this number to the admission board to have the form printed out and to sign it. The service takes into account the requirements of the law regarding the protection of personal data: all the forms are kept directly on the secure network perimeter of the informational administration system of the MSLA.

“The elaboration and implementation of the preliminary online registration service for entrants allowed us to improve the total efficiency of the 2012 admission campaign – by means of reducing the time and human effort for filling in personal data of the entrants”, said Yury Vasilchenko, the holder of the chair of legal informatics, the director of the centre of information resources and technologies in MSLA.
