SK MOST Participated at Transport of Russia-2012 Exhibition
OREANDA-NEWS. December 13, 2012. The VI International Exhibition "Transport of Russia" took place on December 6-8 at Gostiny Dvor Center in Moscow, where SK MOST Group of Companies exhibited its key transportation construction projects.
The exhibition visitors and participants could learn about the construction projects in Moscow, Krasnodar Region, and Primorie Region at the SK MOST stand.
Speaking of Primorie, the company has built there a unique stay cable bridge over the Eastern Bosphorus Strait there as part of the Federal Program "Vladivostok Development as an International Cooperation Center in the Asia Pacific Region" complete with a cargo terminal and a heliport on the Russky Island, as well as Knevichi Airport railway station, which supports intermodal passenger transfer between the region capital and the airport.
Construction of Combined Motorway and Railway Adler - "Alpika-Service" Mountain Resort Route in Sochi is close to completion. The builders have completed 12 tunnels of a total length of 30 kilometers, 23 highway bridges and 22 railway bridges within their contractual area.
The Group is building a 6.5-kilometer section of Taganskaya-Krasnopresnenskaya subway line and three subway stations, Zhulebino, Lermontovsky Prospekt, and Kotelniki in Moscow.
The International Exhibition "Transport of Russia" was being held as part of a "Transport Week," which integrates a gamut of business, scientific, and cultural events that attract professionals of the transportation industry. Over two thousand participants including the executives of the major companies and representatives of the Russian Federation Ministry of Transportation and relevant state governing authorities were meeting on December 3-8 to discuss the outlooks for the development of the transportation industry in Russia.
