OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2012. As per the approved program, the specialists of E4 Group, LUKOIL-Kubanenergo and the Japanese Corporation Mitsubishi performed oil fuel commissioning of the Gas Turbine. The test results confirmed the possibility to operate the Gas Turbine on fuel oil in all operation modes, including automatic change over from fuel to gas and vice versa.

E4 Group completed the most important commissioning phase for the power unit main equipment, including oil fuel system commissioning, combustion chamber tuning, when Gas Turbine runs on diesel fuel, NOx emission reduction testing and the turbine blading washing. The diesel fuel system of the 410 MW CCPP was fully tested in all operation modes.

The above stated measures were performed within preparation of the Thermal Power Plant for the 2012-2013 fall/winter period. The works completion will ensure that Krasnodarskaya TPP will provide electrical and thermal loads by emergency diesel fuel, when necessary.
