OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2012. By results of the third quarter of this year Kreditprombank entered the group of the financial institutions – leaders by growth in the reputation rating Goodwill-factor, represented by the research company NOKs fishes jointly with the authoritative business edition "Vlast Deneg". Comparing with the results of 2Q, 2012, the aggregated reputation indicator of the bank increased by 21.79 points, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.

The magazine "Vlast Deneg" and company NOKs fishes research the reputation of the Ukrainian banks for the third year. Together with the experts of investment and stockbroking companies of the country the analysts assess the mutual connections between the image and reputation characteristics of the banks.

The methodology of research implies the assessment basing on knowledge of experts about the bank and information about the bank in breakdown by the following reputation factors/thematic blocs:

"marketing/sales": actions made by the banks for promotion of their products;

"banking product/services": quality and quantitative characteristics of products, services;

"business/assets/liquidity": factors forming the base value of the bank — strategy, financial results, ratings, asset development, restructuring, activities of shareholders regarding the bank;

"external communications": actions aimed at inclusion of the bank into the system of existing in the country political and social and economic constructions;

"internal communications": system of HR management and business processes within the bank.

Totally 9 banks with Ukrainian, 5 banks with Russian and 12 banks with Western shareholders were surveyed, all of them being represented in the group of the largest and large banks according to the NBU’s classification.
