OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2012. At a series of open auctions, VTB has won the right to provide financial support to the Tomsk Region’s budget by entering into loan agreements with the regional authorities, reported the press-centre of VTB.

Loans totalling RUB 2.07 billion are to be made available before the end of 2012 and will supplement the most significant budget expenses, in order to ensure the region’s social stability.

"VTB’s victory at the auctions is an important step toward strengthening our partnership with the Tomsk regional authorities," said Member of VTB Bank Management Board Valery Lukyanenko.
