OREANDA-NEWS. December 11, 2012. 2012 China (Anhui) Optoelectronic Display Industry Development Forum hosted by the Chinese Association of Productivity Science (CAPS) was held in Hefei on December 10. Chen Shulong, standing member of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and vice Governor of Anhui province, and Chen Xiansen, deputy director of Anhui Provincial People's Congress attended the forum. Chen Shulong delivered a speech in the forum.

Chen Shulong, on behalf of Anhui government, extended a warm welcome to all the leaders and guests. He said that as optoelectronic display industry is of strategic importance to accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure , and to promote the transformation of economic development mode, Anhui Provincial Committee of the CPC and Anhui government will nurture it as a strategic emerging and leading industry, and strive to build a optoelectronic industry base.

Currently the industry faces both challenges and opportunities, Anhui government will earnestly learn from the insights of experts and scholars to promote its better and faster development, Chen also expressed.
