OREANDA-NEWS. December 11, 2012. The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance, a member of the power plant concern Power Machines) has begun the delivery of units for Boiler TPP-210A of Tripolskaya TPP. The contract on Tripolskaya TPP reconstruction between EMAlliance and Centrenergo was signed in April 2012.

 The weight of equipment first batch shipped to the station is more than 130 tons. Totally about 500 tons will be shipped to the station. The range of shipped items includes: convection reheater, casing header, crossover tubes of suspended water-cooling system of superheater and reheater as well as casing steel structure parts, housing elements and etc.

 Tripolskaya TPP with installed power capacity 1800 MW is the largest energy generating object at the territory of Kievskaya region. The equipment manufactured by Taganrog boiler-makers is supplied for modification of power equipment at Tripolskaya TPP. The purpose of reconstruction is improving efficiency factors, reliability, safety, extension of equipment service life as well as reduction of hazardous substances emission to the level of European standards.

 Krasny Kotelshchik also continues shipping equipment to the following stations: Mosenergo TPS-16, TPS-20, Berezovskaya GRES, Novo-Bogoslovskaya TPS, Izhevskaya TPS-1, Kirovskaya TPS-3. At the moment more than 1.2 tons of finished products are shipped.

 In the nearest future Krasny Kotelshchik is preparing to finish shipment for Cherepovetskaya GRES. The last 4-th module (out of 4 units) of RHSG more than 300 tons. Total weight of equipment for this station will amount more than 3.5 thousand tons.
