OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2012. Rosbank and Alfa-Bank (Belarus) announced that on November 23, 2012, they signed an Agreement regarding the sale of Belrosbank by Rosbank to Alfa-Bank.

The transaction is expected to be completed before the year end, subject in particular to the obtaining of final regulatory approvals.
