OREANDA-NEWS. December 7, 2012. Please be informed that starting from December 03, 2012 some amendments and supplements will be made to the procedure of client registration for the MICEX Stock Exchange Trading Participants:

Client identification Types 5, 15 and 25, which stay for private entrepreneurs, will be abolished.

Application including information on these types will be admitted only until December 03, 2012. Therefore, the Exchange"s Trading Participants will have to re-register the earlier registered private entrepreneur clients in accordance with the new form for clients- individual persons until March 01, 2013.

Additional identification Type 9 "Client – asset manager for a trustor" will be introduced. The new identification level will let to identify the type of a particular trustor. Applications without the additional identification will be admitted only until December 03, 2012. The trading participants are required to add any necessary information about the earlier registered clients referring to the newly introduced Type 9 in accordance with the extended registration form until March 01, 2013.

The description of identification Types 7 and 17 will be changed. In particular, the following fragment will be excluded from the description: "… or an organization, which is not a legal entity, that was established in compliance with laws of foreign countries and is resided outside the Russian Federation and does not bear a personal tax reference number (including the organizations that bear FFC – Foreign Company Code)”.

While registering clients of Types 1, 11 and 21 the Trading Participant has the opportunity to indicate whether the Client has a relevant license to conduct insurance business assigned by an insurance company.

Both the newly registered and the earlier registered Clients of the CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange Trading Participants are subject to the amendments and supplements introduced.

Please be advised that the form and the means to file the application information remain unchanged; however, from December 03, 2012 the new version of the program for document preparation, preview and printing in the MICEX Electronic Document Circulation System (Micex-eDoc Client) which is in line with the alterations will be available.
