OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2012. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider the draft state budget for 2013 on second reading. The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said this at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

"Tomorrow Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider the draft budget on second reading. On its approval depends on how the state will live, how to develop its economy and industry, construction and agriculture, education and science, health care and social protection", said the Prime Minister.

However Mykola Azarov thanked all the MPs who passed the budget in the first reading on December 4.

The Prime Minister expressed confidence that the budget for next year will be passed in whole on time, as it happened with the budgets for 2011 and 2012.

"The real, balanced, carefully calculated and passed in time state budget by parliament - is one of the main conditions for stability in the country. We practically saved the situation in 2010, when the budget was adopted in April, soon after coming to power. This was the main condition for the stabilization of public finances and restoring economic growth. Budgets in 2011 and 2012 years were timely adopted. I am confident that the budget for next year would be also passed in time", Mykola Azarov said, adding that the state budget for 2013, unfortunately, is anti-crisis again and most economical as the global crisis comes back to Ukraine.
