OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2012. The XIII-th report and re-election conference of the young employees of JSC TATNEFT was held in the great hall of the "Neftche" Palace of Culture in Almetyevsk (Republic of Tatarstan), which brought together more than 670 delegates from structural divisions, subsidiaries and management companies of JSC TATNEFT, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT. 

The youth organization has accumulated vast experience during the years of its existence taking part in solving the most pressing production-related and organizational tasks. Today JSC TATNEFT employs 29,400 young workers, including 1,800 young leaders, who are entrusted with the responsible parts of the work in the Company's production operations.

Effective tools in the professional development of TATNEFT's young workers are the Councils of young professionals and the Schools of Production Management, where the Company's leading specialists share their knowledge and experience with young people.

Annual open scientific and practical conferences are an effective stimulus for the production and creative activity of the young employees. In 2012 the conference was held at the traditionally high level. The young professionals of NGDU "Almetyevneft", TatNIPIneft and "Tatneft-RemServis" Management Company, which is a service company in Tatarstan, were the winners in the appropriate subgroups.

Research projects that took prizes at the youth scientific and practical conferences (YSPC) are being introduced in the production activities.

A number of innovation proposals from the young workers is increasing each year and many of them have been successfully put into production. The economic effect resulting from the young innovators' activity amounted to more than 619 million rubles for the current year.

New innovative projects in the field of e-education, including the "Electronic Corporate University" of JSC TATNEFT (ECU) and the "Student Employment Exchange" are being successfully implemented in the Company. The ESC combines interactive learning resources using modern information technologies to manage the educational process.

This year, by the results of the All-Russian HR Conference organized by the Ministry of Energy TATNEFT Company has been awarded a special diploma for implementation of the "Electronic Corporate University" and the "Student Employment Exchange" projects as the best educational resource of the fuel and energy sector in the development of human capital.

The delegates of the youth report and re-election conference discussed the issues of production activities, career development, payment for labor and social guarantees under the Collective Labor Agreement.

Addressing the delegates of the youth report and re-election conference, Nail Ibragimov, First Deputy General Director for Operations - Chief Engineer of JSC TATNEFT, highly appreciated TATNEFT's young workers activities for the significant contribution to strengthening of the Company's position and enthusiastic participation in the public work.

Renat Mamin was elected as Chairman of the JSC TATNEFT Youth Committee at the conference.
