Please be informed that the Company has filed the application for the state registration of the issue of the following securities on November 23, 2012:

Non-convertible interest bearing certified bonds to the bearer with the obligatory centralized custody of 01, 02, 03 series to be placed by means of open subscription suitable for advanced redemption upon request of the holders and at the discretion of the Issuer.

Decision to issue securities (bonds of 01, 02, 03 series), approved by the Board of Directors on October 29, 2012 (minutes w/o No. of November 29, 2012) in accordance with the decision to place Non-convertible interest bearing certified bonds to the bearer with the obligatory centralized custody of 01, 02, 03 series, approved by the Board of Directors of OJSC “Magnit” on October 29, 2012 (minutes w/o No. of November 29, 2012).
