OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2012. The Notice about Relevant Issues on Affordable Housing Trading issued by Hefei housing departments endows at least 5-year-old affordable houses (identifying with the house property certificate) with the access to the market.

According to the notice, if certain conditions are met, affordable houses can be traded with the market-determined prices. And purchasers can get all property rights after paying land revenue, the amount of which is up to the purchasing time.

In addition, the housing departments of Hefei Municipal Government are given the repurchasing priority, according to "Interim Measures of Hefei City on the Administration of Affordable Housing".
