BTA Bank JSC (hereinafter – Bank) kindly informs on changes in the membership of the Management Board of the Bank in accordance with recommendations made by the Committee of appointments, remunerations and social issues of the Board of Directors of the Bank and Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Bank (Minutes No.25 dated November 21, 2012) as follows:

1. To early terminate duties of Mr. Ulukbek Maxatbekuulu, Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC.

2. To elect Mr. Viktor Romanyuk to the position of the Managing Director, Member of the Management Board for one year.

3. To determine period of duties of Mr. Arman Shakenov, Managing Director, Member of the Management Board till December 9, 2013.
