Please be advised that in accordance with the MICEX Stock Exchange Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading and the recommendations of the Exchange"s Securities Market Committee trading in the following securities will be suspended in the CJSC “MICEX Stock Exchange” from February 27, 2013:

Ordinary shares of Far Eastern Bank (state registration number – 10600843B as of 07.08.2000; trading code – DLVB);

Preferred shares of Far Eastern Bank OJSC (state registration number – 20200843B as of 31.07.2003; trading code – DLVBP).

Trading in the securities will be suspended due to an application on excluding them from the List of securities admitted to trading in the Exchange submitted by the issuers.

Please be also informed that the following securities will stop trading in the CJSC “MICEX Stock Exchange” from February 28, 2013:
