OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2012. The China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) and the national project "Air Express" signed a technical agreement, which removes the last obstacle to the financing of the national project "Air Express" by the Export-Import Bank of China.

Earlier, the Ukrainian side to make comments to the specific provisions of the draft technical agreement on the participation of Ukrainian companies workers and cost of work and the design decisions. "Following lengthy bilateral negotiations a protocol, to resolve these differences, was signed and it was signed a technical agreement. Now all the comments of the Ukrainian side fully took into account", Victor Yastrebov, Director of the State Enterprise "Air Express" said.

Signing of the agreement actually provided an opportunity for the active continuation of the National project "Air Express" and paved the way for the development of other important projects of Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation. Soon State Agency for Investment and National Projects expects opening a credit line of the Export-Import Bank of China to start financing the implementation of the national project "Air Express".
