OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2012. The Government has decided to ensure timely payment of salaries to state employees and miners. Relevant documents the Cabinet of Ministers adopted at a meeting.

So, a draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine" On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" was reviewed and approved. The document is aimed to improve the capacity of local budgets for salaries of employees of budgetary institutions financed by local budgets. Also, the bill provides funding assistance to local budgets for settlements for consumed energy and utilities by budget institutions.

Mentioned draft law provides for an increase in additional subsidies from the state budget to align the financial capacity of local budgets in the amount of UAH 1 370 million. An appropriate reallocation of budget expenditures will be done.

The Government has decided to ensure timely and absolute payment of wages to employees of state coal mines. The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decree on the redistribution of budget expenditures to the Ministry of Energy and Mines in 2012, identifying for this purpose 270 million UAH to the miners in time received money for their work.
