OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2012. Preparation for implementation of management system began on prestarting entrerprise of petrochemical cluster of the project “PARK” – the polypropylene plant, reported the press-centre of Titan.

In “Poliom” Ltd. was created management department, which task is coordination and methodical support of activities on implementation of management system and preparation for certification, and also collection and analysis of information on the functioning of management system.

Deputy Technical Director of “Poliom” Ltd. on Production Nikolai Kashirin was appointed representative of the leadership on management system.

At present the plant approved plan of implementation of management system, coordination council was established, schedules of organization of assessing audits and training of the enterprise’s managers on questions of management system. Besides, documented procedures were enacted on control of documentation, sequence of design of provisions about subdivisions, duty regulations and technical conditions on production.

In concordance with adopted plan in the nearest future will be designed Policy in the sphere of management, aims of activity were defined and processes of management system, plan of conduct of inner audits will be made.
