OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2012. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by TransFin-M LLC to pay interest on the second coupon of the company’s Series 16 bonds issued at a par value of 1billion rubles, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 9.7% per annum, or 48 rubles 37 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid 48,370,000 rubles in coupon interest.

The Series 16 bond issue of TransFin-M LLC has a maturity of 10 years.
