OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2012. MEGABANK has rewarded the winner of the promo action "100,000th payer via ICC web-site". The citizen of Kharkiv Andrey Cherniavskiy has obtained a UAH 1,000 gift certificate to pay utility bills and NSMEP "MicroSd" card issued by the bank to pay for utility services, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.  

Besides, 4 payers who were about to be the 100,000th have got presents. They are citizens of Kharkiv Stanislav Yakuba, Oleg Tolmachev, Valeriy Kutsovskiy and Olga Shishatskaya. All of them were given UAH 500 certificates as well as special USB payment facilities (USB NSMEP card to pay utility bills through the Internet).

According to Yuriy Sergeev, the Head of ICC and the Deputy Chairman of the bank, more and more people pay utility bills through the Internet using their PCs every month. "It is very fast. A few minutes and utility bills are paid from home or office" – he said.

"13 years ago MEGABANK established a unique system of an Integral Clearing Centre to pay for communal services used to transfer all utility payments in Kharkiv. Serviceability, efficiency and operability of the ICC functioning were appreciated not only in Kharkiv but in 12 cities of Ukraine", – said Yuriy Sergeev.

Reference. Recently MEGABANK has emitted the first batch of "MicroSd" NSMEP cards to be inserted into smart phones with OS "Windows" and "Android". Wide range of payments may be done by these cards, in particular, replenishment of your mobile account, internet, cable TV etc. directly from smart phones.

The Integral Clearing Center of MEGABANK is established to pay utility bills and introduced in 9 regions of Ukraine. More than 2 mln. Ukrainian families (12% of all payers of Ukraine) pay their utility bills through the ICC system. Utility bills may be paid with the help of a single receipt at cash desks of the bank, through e-terminals called m-boxes and the ICC web-page services.
