OREANDA-NEWS. December 4, 2012. Helios IT, a member of ARMADA JSC (MICEX-RTS: ARMD), announces that its projects have won the international competition "ITSM Project of the Year" in two of the six nominations.

ITSM (IT Service Management) is a method of management and organization of IT-services aimed at meeting the business needs. IT Service Management is performed by IT service providers through an appropriate mix of people, processes and information technologies.

The competition was held within the frame of the III itSMF Russia Conference (www.itsmforum.ru) in Moscow. The customers of Helios IT won in two nominations with the following projects:

In nomination "Comprehensive IT Management System" — State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)

In nomination "Foreign ITSM Project"— Priorbank JSC (belongs to Raiffeisen Group).

At the awarding ceremony, Sergey Krol (Deputy Head of IT System Operation Department of Vnesheconombank), and Dmitry Krivitsky (Project Manager of Priorbank), publicly thanked Helios IT team for the high-quality and scrupulous work under these projects.
