OREANDA-NEWS. December 4, 2012. In 9M 2012 TMM Company's construction volume amounted to UAH 197.9mn, showing a three-fold increase y-o-y and reaching the highest result since the beginning of the crisis. The 9M 2012 construction volume is 1.2 and 1.7 times higher than the volumes of 9M 2010 and 9M 2009 respectively.

In 2012 the largest portion of funds was directed to construction of Sonyachna brama residential complex in Kyiv, the second and third stages of which are under active construction. Moreover, TMM increased the volume of construction services rendered to third parties – in particular, the company completed the project of a bakery plant in Kyiv region.

TMM's volume of construction works has been recovering after a steep fall at the peak of the economic crisis of end 2008-2009 – the result of the 9 months of 2012 has reached 50% of the pre-crisis volume.
