The MICEX Stock Exchange decided that additional issues of JSOC Bashneft’s securities exchanged for the shares of OJSC Ufimsky Refinery Plant, OJSC Novoil, OJSC Ufaneftekhim, OJSC Bashkirnefteprodukt and OJSC Orenburgnefteprodukt as part of Bashneft’s reorganization should be admitted to trading.

Thus, 18,540,833 ordinary shares and 4,051,192 preferred shares of Bashneft have been admitted to trading on the MICEX Stock Exchange in addition to the Company’s securities which are already on the market.

“The decision of MICEX to admit additional issues of our securities to trading on the MICEX Stock Exchange is an important milestone in Bashneft’s reorganization, which is now in the final stage,” highlighted Alexander Korsik, the President of Bashneft. “This will enable former minority shareholders of the subsidiaries merged with Bashneft to make transactions in the Company’s shares they own on the organized market.”
