Moscow Exchange Announces Decisions of MICEX Index Committee
OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2012. Please be advised that on November 20, 2012 the MICEX Stock Exchange Index Committee recommended to adopt the reviewed constituents lists for the MICEX Index, the RTS Index, the RTS-2 Index, the RTS Siberia Index, that will be effective from December 18, 2012 to March 15, 2013, and to approve free-float coefficients.
In compliance with the new methodology, the MICEX Index and the RTS Index will be calculated based upon the constituents list of 50 most capitalized stocks and outstanding stocks that meet the requirements of the relevant liquidity level.
The following twenty securities will leave the waiting list and join the MICEX Index list of constituents:

Ordinary shares of AC ALROSA OJSC and SOLLERS OJSC will be included into the RTS Index list of constituents from the waiting list. They will replace preferred shares of TNK-BP Holding OJSC and ordinary shares of Bank Saint Petersbourg OJSC.
Ordinary shares of NOVATEK OJSC will leave the waiting list being added to the reviewed RTS Standard constituents list. Ordinary shares of Surgutneftegas OJSC will join the waiting list replacing the removed NOVATEK OJSC ordinary shares.
The reviewed RTS-2 list of constituents will also comply with the new methodology which provides for computing the mid-cap shares Index based on the list of 50 second tier stocks and outstanding stocks following the first tier stocks and outstanding stocks being the MICEX and RTS Indices" constituents.
The shares that are to be included into or excluded from the RTS-2 Index are added to the waiting list for inclusion or exclusion respectively.

TGK14 OJSC ordinary shares will become new constituents of the RTS Siberia Index. Ordinary shares of Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company (OJSC) and TGK-11 OJSC will replace TGK14 OJSC ordinary shares on the waiting list.
Free-float coefficients will be recalculated for a number of securities being on the reviewed Moscow Exchange Indices" lists of constituents.
The Indices" constituents and their parameters which take effect from December 18, 2012 will be disclosed on the Exchange"s website on December 03, 2012.
