OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2012. From16 till 18 November the VI Research-practice conference of young specialists of enterprises and organizations in Volga federal district took place in Togliatti.

This year 56 young specialists  from the enterprises of Togliatti, Samara, Otradniy, Ryazan, Ufa, Ulyanovsk, Nizhniy Novgorod and Perm took part  in the conference this year. OJSC "Perm Engine Company" was represented by the head of Youth board "Perm Motors" Stella Emir-Veli.

During the conference young specialists of industrial enterprises visited trainings and master classes devoted to improvement of presentations conducting skills, rhetoric, communication with different audiences. Research-practice part of the conference was based on team work in special sections within which excited discussions took place. The discussions were full of reports reflecting the youth opinions about manufacturing development, personnel and IT management.

In "Working with the youth of industrial enterprises" section a representative of Perm engine builders presented her report on subject "Youth board as an Instrument of Youth Group Development". In the report she presented various activities of  OJSC "Perm Engine Company" of youth politics realization aimed at young specialists close-knit team formation which will help to achieve strategic targets of the enterprise: wide-spread manufacturing upgrade and mastering of the 5th generation gas-turbine engine.

OJSC "Perm Engine Company" experience represented in the report interested the audience. In the end of the conference its organizers expressed their gratitude to OJSC "Perm Engine Company" for their active participation in the VI Research-practice conference of young specialists of enterprises and organizations in Volga federal district.
