OREANDA-NEWS.  November 29, 2012. The Government is considering securities issuance from January 1, 2013 to raise funds necessary for repayment of VAT.

This was started by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, speaking Tuesday, November 27, at the IX Congress of the Federation of Employers.

"The Government is considering the next securities’ issue of VAT refunds. They still need, because in our country there is not a full stock market, and it is an obstacle to attracting the long term loans. Therefore, from 1 January in 2013 a decision will be made. We will issue securities approximately on the same conditions as previously", said the Prime Minister.
