OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2012. The issues of further expansion of positive Turkmen-American cooperation were included into the agenda of the first day of seminar, which started its work today in Ashgabat. The representatives and specialists of various sectoral ministries and departments of our country took part in the seminar organized within the framework of the project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Within the framework of the first day of seminar, the experts familiarized its participants with the norms of international commercial arbitration applied in the world practice, rules of closure of international commercial deals and possible variants of solution of issues between the sides of the business contract.

Tomorrow, the seminar will continue its work.
