OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2012. PM Expert, a member of ARMADA Group (MICEX-RTS: ARMD), together with the Customer’s specialists has successfully completed the first stage of the servicing and engineering works under the Gas Projects Programme for ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL CJSC, a member of TNK-BP Group of Companies.

The purpose of the Gas Projects Programme is a large-scale development of Vostochno-Urengoyskoe and Novo-Urengoyskoe gas and condensate license blocks, which will enable TNK-BP to come to a new level of production, processing, preparation and transportation of gas products. The total duration of the Programme is 8 years – from 2011 to 2019.

During this time two gas treatment units, a railway terminal, three gathering pipelines, a gas pipeline for external transportation as well as more than 20 well clusters are to be constructed at Novo-Urengoyskoe and Vostochno-Urengoyskoe license blocks. The planned CAPEX of the Programme is approximately USD 6 billion.

Within the cooperation framework the specialists of PM Expert have rendered project management support services to the Customer, including:

development of management plans and schedule models of projects;

operational management of projects;

administration of projects.

The solutions implemented by PM Expert will ensure effective management of the projects of the Programme. In particular, the schedule model allows to control the project implementation progress and to detect timely any deviations from plans, to make appropriate forecasts and to determine demand for resources for the performance of works. All this will enable the Customer to manage projects, to save resources, not exceeding the budget limits and the established terms, in accordance with the business-goals of ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL CJSC.
