OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2012. Credit Agricole announces the successful merge of “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” PJSC (retail and corporate bank) and “CIB Credit Agricole” PJSC (large corporate bank). This merge is a new step for Credit Agricole‘s steady development as a universal proximity bank in Ukraine, reported the press-centre of Credit Agricole.        

Credit Agricole in Ukraine is a universal bank serving all types of customers – from private individuals to large international corporate – and providing them with the full range of financial services, through its specialized teams and its 208 points of sale covering all Ukrainian regions. “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” PJSC has 405,000 private customers and 30,000 companies including large international and Ukrainian corporations, leaders on their respective sectors, financial institutions, and diplomatic missions.

In Ukraine, Credit Agricole’s strengths and expertise cover the needs of:

International corporations, mainly on cash management and trade operations;

Ukrainian enterprises and SME, especially on agri-agro sector, which is one of its core targeted markets;

Individual customers, with strong positions on car loans through partnerships with car importers and dealers.

Within the new organization Yevgeniya Chemerys is appointed as Chairman of the Management Board of “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” PJSC. “CIB” branch’s activities are headed by Michel Duchmann – a banker with over 30 years of international experience in the entities within Credit Agricole Group, who is also Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” PJSC.
