In particular, within 9 months of 2012 a number of sales and purchases increased 0.7% from 77.2 thou. to 77.8 thou. records.

The bulk of sales and purchases were registered in December at a number of 10.8 thou., the least number, or 7.2 thou. were registered in September. A number of mortgage deals made up 16.3 thou. in January-September, 2012, 9.6% against 14.8 thou. registered during the same period of 2011.

The bulk of bargains was concluded in March, 2011 and made up 2.3 thou..; the least number was concluded in January and amounted to 1.4 thou.
