OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2012. Riga City Service, the City Service Group’s subsidiary operating in Latvia, expands successfully the commercial buildings’ area under its maintenance. The company will provide building facilities comprehensive maintenance services to 32 more Maxima shops in Vidzeme Region under the contract signed. Up to the present time Riga City Service provided maintenance services to 33 shopping centres in Kurzeme Region.

Total area of Maxima centres under maintenance of Riga City Service is approximately 150000 square meters.

Specialists of Riga City Service will carry out maintenance of all major engineering systems and carry out the general civil engineering works in Maxima shops. Furthermore, currently Maxima renovates interior and equipment of shops in Latvia, and Riga City Service is a contractor in this process.
