OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2012. Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov denied the information that the penalty from the population for the late payment of utility services may increase to 300% of the debt. He said this during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

"I want to reassure our people. Do not believe the rumors", he stressed.

Mykola Azarov advised ministers to speak clearly so that such rumors were not spread. "I want to advise some our ministers: do not give cause to such rumors, speak more correctly. Remember this", he said.

"The Government supports the stability of the country, the social policy of raising the standard of living - the Prime Minister said - This is our main goal".
