OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2012. The regional* loan portfolio of NOMOS-BANK corporate clients reached RUB 87.6 billion (according to company management’s reporting) at end of 10 months of 2012. The regional* loan portfolio growth was 42% since 2011, significantly higher than the average market growth rate. According to NOMOS-BANK’s statistics, the market average growth rate of loan portfolio in the regions for 10 months of 2012 is 12.3%, reported the press-centre of NOMOS-BANK.

NOMOS-BANK’s analysts use their own methodology to assess the dynamics of regional portfolios. Loan portfolios of regional markets are estimated using the actual location of the borrower’s business, which allows a more accurate picture to be gained.

The share of regional corporate loans in NOMOS-BANK’s total loan portfolio is up from 19.3% at the beginning of the year to 25.2% as at October 31, 2012.

"The development of relations with regional corporate clients is a strategic priority” said Natalia Matyunina, Senior Vice President of NOMOS-BANK. “Thanks to our experience in all key regions of Russia, we see a high demand among regional businesses to attract funding, including for the implementation of investment programs. In addition, a significant portion of corporate clients in the regions are enterprises and mid-sized companies with revenues in a range from RUB 0.3 billion to 5 billion, and we pay special attention on attracting such clients."
