OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2012. In Apatity annual Thermal Energy Consumer Rating of JSC TGC-1 took place. The ceremony is held with the support of the regional and municipal authorities for the fourth time.

After analyzing the data on payment of thermal energy in the period from 1 October 2011 to 1 October 2012 Apatitskaya CHP celebrated the winners in the categories of Exemplary heat consumers, Debtor and Delinquent.

The total debt of all the managing companies is significant and is 281 500 000 rubles on October 1, 2012. However, according the Director of the Kolsky Branch Alexander Antipov, "over the past year Apatitskaya CHP increased the collection of funds and made the calculations for heat more transparent. Practically all of the managing companies switched to direct payments, and now funds from the public go directly to the account of resource suppliers. The analysis shows that under such a scheme collection of payment is even more than 100%. However, it doesn’t cancel the work with consumers’ debts. Today it is clear that such work is realized not sufficiently."

The analysis of debts causes and the collection of funds received from the people is carried out constantly. Regular meetings are held with the city administration and law enforcement agencies. Thermal Energy Consumer Rating is a public indicator of the quality of managing companies.
