Due to the pending repurchase of shares as per Article 84.8 of Federal Law No. 208-FZ of December 26, 1995 On Joint-Stock Companies, securities of the following issuer are excluded from the lists with effect from November 26, 2012:
OAO Territorial Generation Company-1 (INN (Tax ID): 5406323202).
