OREANDA-NEWS. November 21, 2012. The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) has registered the reports on the results of the additional issue of securities by JSOC Bashneft exchanged for the shares of OJSC Ufimsky Refinery Plant, OJSC Novoil, OJSC Ufaneftekhim, OJSC Bashkirnefteprodukt and OJSC Orenburgnefteprodukt as part of completing Bashneft’s reorganization.

After the reports are registered, additional issues of securities will be admitted to organized trading on the MICEX Stock Exchange. Bashneft will apply to trade its newly issued shares on the MICEX Stock Exchange soon.

When the Stock Exchange makes a relevant decision, 18,540,833 ordinary shares and 4,051,192 preferred shares of Bashneft may be admitted to trading in addition to the Company’s securities which are already traded.
