OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2012. On October 10, 2012 at International Exhibition of Agricultural Machinery AGROSALON-2012 Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich got acquainted with the exposition of Kirovsky Zavod and participated in the test drive of Kirovets tractor K-90000.

Agricultural tractors of general purpose: series-produced 428-strong Kirovets K-744Р4 and Kirovets K-9430 – representative of the newest series K-9000, production of which is commenced at Kirovsky Zavod this year as well as universal tractor of classic assembly series Kirovets-Pronar as the result of a joint project of St Petersburg builders of tractors with foreign partners were introduced to Arkady Dvorkovich.

Moreover, for the first time the Company’s stand demonstrated trailed and mounted implements for the whole line of tractors: pneumatic sowing complex with the working width 10 m, 6-meter trailed disk harrow, 9-corpus spinner plough.

Director General of JSC Kirovsky Zavod Georgy Semenenko who presented the exposition told Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich in details about the advantages of the produced equipment, capabilities and plans of the enterprise for buildup of the scopes of its output. Arkady Dvorkovich appreciated the information on readiness of the plant to supply not only separate machines but integrated technological complexes composed of tractors and advanced high-technology soil processing and sowing units to the end users.

Answering the question of Deputy Prime Minister concerning the rate of own processing of Kirovsky Zavod in new equipment Georgy Semenenko stated that for serial produced machines this rate composes over 70% - the highest index in domestic tractor building. As far as new agricultural equipment is concerned then according to the words of Director General in compliance with new product strategy the plant plans in joint with foreign partners- suppliers to reach at least 30% level of localization for this equipment during 2013.

Upon completion of the examination Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation tested tractor Kirovets K-9430 in operation having driven on his own two circles on it on the open ground in front of the exhibition complex. According to the results of the test drive he estimated positively ergonomic characteristics of the machine, ease of its operation as well as operational comfort of the operator.
