OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2012. October drawing to the end of the 4-day-long ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) nuclear power MO certification, about which TISCO has successfully passed the field audit of routine inspection. Deputy GM Chai Zhiyong of TISCO Stainless presented the audit conference, reported the press-centre of TISCO. 
      
In the routine inspection, the American experts from ASME inspected TISCO, Composite Material Plant and Stainless Steel Tubing Company. They showed their satisfaction to the advanced equipment and administration and offered improvement comment to the places to be improved in the production and administration.
      
Chai Zhiyong said, with more than 70 years of history, TISCO had rich experience in special steel production and R&D. Henceforth, TISCO will follow closely the demand and regulation of ASME, and implement continuous improvement on its production and administration, thus to produce quality special steel for nuclear power applications.
      
The routine inspection of ASME nuclear power certification is carried out once per year, those ones failed to conform 5 items of ASME standard will be called off the certification.
