OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2012. In the course of the extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of PJSC “Kreditprombank” it was resolved to increase the charter capital at expense of additional contributions by the shareholders through closed (private) placement of the shares of the bank, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank. 

In total 80 million of ordinary registered shares of non-documentary form of existence with nominal value of UAH 10 each are proposed for placement. Total nominal value of shares is UAH 800 million.

Thus, after placement of the shares of new issue the charter capital of PJSC “Kreditprombank” will make over UAH 3.4 billion.
