OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2012. MDM Bank announces new senior appointments in its Private Banking Division. Sergey Borovikov has become Vice-President and Head of the Private Bank Directorate, he will be responsible for developing and implementing MDM Bank’s private banking strategy, including the product offering, marketing policy and territorial development. Ineta Done will head the Private Bank in MDM’s Stolitsa Territorial Bank and will be responsible for broadening the range of premium banking services and increasing the client base in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.

Mr Borovikov has over twenty years of experience in financial services. Mr Borovikov joined MDM from Sberbank of Russia, where in 2009-12, as the head of the high net-worth clients department, he led the launch of the “Sberbank One” private banking service.. His role included designing the concept of Sberbank One and the deployment of the private banking product line: classic, investment, insurance and life-style products.

Previously, Mr Borovikov was vice-president and head of the VIP-client department at Alfa-Bank, where he created and developed the A-Club premium offices network. Mr Borovikov began his career as a senior manager Brok-Invest-Service in 1991.

Ineta Done brings over 18 years of financial services experience to MDM. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms Done was head of private banking within the private capital management directorate of Bank Citadele (Latvia).

Between 1999 and 2010, she held various management positions at Parex Banka (Latvia), including vice-president, head of the network management department and chief of the private banking department. Ms Done created the Parex Private Banking service, which received prestigious Euromoney magazine awards consecutively for a number of years, including “Best Private Banking Services Overall” in Eastern Europe and the best family office in private banking.

Ms Done began her career in banking in 1994 as a client manager in Deutsche-Lettische Bank (currently Swedbank).
