OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2012. The Direct Line of the Internet-reception of the Civic Chamber's Member Diana Gurtskaya's was held. LEAD Consulting Partner Alexander Linnikov assisted Diana and provided comments on issues related to the legal support for people with disabilities. Directors and managers of specialized educational and medical facilities were also invited to join the live discussion.

The Direct Line received numerous calls and email messages from different parts of Russia. Many of the questions asked by the callers to the Direct Line were related to establishment and conduct of own businesses by disabled entrepreneurs. Issues of accessibility of financial services to people with disabilities were discussed.
