With the advanced capabilities in R&D, manufacturing and marketing, CSR has the dominated position for manufacturing railway transportation facilitites in China and is one of the top three enterprises in this field worldwide. CSR has had years’ of cooperation with WISCO, and the procurement from WISCO has kept increasing in the recent years, thus CSR has become an important strategic cooperation partner of WISCO.

The signature of this agreement is a very important measure for the central enterprises to deepen cooperation, prompte scientific outlook on development and work together and give mutual support to each other to cope with the crisis. This also symbolizes a deeper and broarder cooperation of WISCO and CSR at higher levels to build up a closer and more stable strategic cooperation partnership. And the signature of this agreement will be of great importance for the two parties to exert their own advantages to ward off the market risk and enhance core competitiveness.
