OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2012. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) approved petitions of “LEFBORD INVESTMENTS LIMITED” and “ARARIMA ENTERPRISES LIMITED” on acquiring the rights that allow determining the conditions of business activities of “Euroset-Retail” Ltd. FAS simultaneously issued determinations to “LEFBORD INVESTMENTS LIMITED” and “ARARIMA ENTERPRISES LIMITED”, “Mefafon” OJSC, “VympelCom” OJSC and “Euroset-Retail” Ltd. to exercise actions in the Russian Federation aimed at supporting competition, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The determinations are designed to ensure non-discriminatory access of cellular operators to sale of goods, works and services through “Euroset-Retail” Ltd. and the persons subordinate to it.

FAS also requested “Euroset-Retail” Ltd. to devise and publish a document in the Internet regulating selection and cooperation of “Euroset-Retail” Ltd. and the persons subordinate to it with of cellular operators.
