OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2012. BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT, the Energy Consulting Group, has issued a monograph on evaluation of the patriotic upbringing efficiency in cultural institutions. The monograph has been issued for the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.   

Given the results of an open competitive tender held by the Ministry of Culture in 2011-2012, BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT Company has been selected to conduct a citizen satisfaction survey focused on the outcomes of the patriotic upbringing in cultural institutions. Having studied the reporting materials, the customer decided to publish them for further distribution in regions.

In compliance with the order of the Ministry of Culture, BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT has issued a monograph "Efficiency and performance evaluation technique concerning the patriotic upbringing in cultural institutions". This technique has been drafted for the assessment of the patriotic upbringing efficiency in cultural institutions placed in constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The monograph has been prepared by Maxim Bezlepkin, Irina Buldakova and Ekaterina Mogir, experts of the Management Consulting Practice (BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT Company) under auspices of Professor Leonid Ivanovsky, Doctor of Economics, and Consulting Director.

The labor on the monograph was taken about three months and it was two-staged. At first the evaluation technique was drafted. Then it was evaluated within the framework of a citizen satisfaction survey focused on the outcomes of the patriotic upbringing in cultural institutions. The monograph includes, along with the technique, the outcomes of the survey held in 83 constituent entities of the RF. The survey involved more than 25 thousand respondents.

The monograph was presented at the meeting of the Coordinating Council of the Ministry of Culture in Yoshkar-Ola (the Mari El Republic) under the chairmanship of Vladimir Medinski, Minister of Culture. The meeting has brought together members of the Federation Council and State Duma, executives of regional ministries and departments of culture from 74 constituent entities of the RF, and heads of local cultural institutions.
