OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2012. A delegation led by Zhao Qizheng, member of the Standing Committee and Director of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, visited the construction site of CMEC’s 1,000-home housing project in Hulhumale, Maldives in the company of Chinese ambassador to Maldives Yu Hongyao, and showed solicitude for the staff on the site, reported the press-centre of CMEC.

After hearing the report on the project, Mr. Zhao gave full recognition on CMEC’s guiding principles and innovative management approaches in executing the housing project.

He pointed out that Chinese companies should have international vision and diplomatic awareness in undertaking overseas operations. In striving to ensure the success of projects, Chinese companies should also play an active role in promoting the friendly relations between China and the host countries.
