OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2012. TNK-BP informs that for the first time in the history of the Company, the central office hosted a large-scaled videoconference between the top executives and employees from all the regions of the Company's presence, reported the press-centre of ТNК-ВР.

TNK-BP’s internal communications system is one of the best in Russia, ensuring active feedback from the management and employees of all levels and securing efficient response to any issues relevant to the staff.

The videolink connected about 30 companies and operational sites, including remote fields and assets located outside Russia. In the course of the live Q&A session, which lasted over 2 hours, German Khan, Executive Director, and Jonathan Muir, Chief Financial Officer, answered questions regarding the Company's development prospects and discussed current operational issues with the staff.

"Open and transparent staff relations are an essential part of TNK-BP's corporate culture, and a pre-requisite of the Company's sustainable development. We think it necessary to maintain a high level of communication and inform our staff about all potential changes in an open dialogue.
